The location was ideal, it was close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and willing to help. One of the highlights was the Christmas decorations, they were beautiful and made the place feel cozy.

the rooms were not clean, we found hairs on the beds and in the shower.

The hotel is situated in a great location with magnificent view nearby. The staff are very accommodating and willing to help at all times. In the restaurant, they are mindful of allergies, they offer a variety of options. the breakfast is over expectations, they have a wide range and everything is fresh.

The rooms are smaller than one might expect and lack sufficient soundproofing.

During my xmas stay, we got to experience the lovely mountain views and fresh air. The breakfast spread was satisfactory and the hotel's pool was clean and well-maintained. Their game room also had a variety of activities to choose from.

The hotel's noise level was unbearable, making my holiday experience quite unpleasant. There were many children running and shouting in the hallways at all hours. The hotel management didn't seem to care or step in to resolve this issue. Additionally, the room was not cleaned properly and the furniture was outdated. All in all, I wouldn't recommend staying here for a peaceful holiday experience.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, eager to accommodate our allergies in the restaurant. The cleanliness was impressive, with well-equipped hotel facilities. We appreciated the convenient parking and easy transportation options. The location to the old city center was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious.
